Throughout my career, I've seen how quickly companies with IT departments can grow—sometimes faster than they can establish effective structures and workflows. This often leads to risky situations where work isn’t done efficiently, clients grow frustrated or even cancel contracts, and both employees and management experience high stress. Applying necessary changes can be difficult, as no one may have experience with this situation, and heavy workloads leave little time for stepping back and managing properly. However, with the right measures, these issues can be avoided.
